DOHC twin-cylinder engine
Smooth, approachable power is key in creating the ideal streetbike. That’s why we gave the SCL500 a 471cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine that strikes a perfect balance of power, torque, and agility.
Scrambler styling
The SCL500 gets the scrambler-style look just right: high-mount muffler, 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheels with wide rims, and a blacked-out engine and frame.
Standard ABS
Speed is nothing without control. The SCL500's Anti-Lock Braking System comes standard, helping you make smoother, more controlled stops under less-than-ideal riding conditions.

Slipper clutch
The slipper/assist clutch reduces clutch lever effort by 30 percent compared to a traditional system and minimizes rear-wheel hop during aggressive deceleration.
