Electric Shift Program (ESP)

Found on the ES model, the ESP system features easy upshifting & downshifting with a push-button. No foot-shift lever is needed, so it is great when riding in mud/snow-covered boots.

Electric Power Steering (EPS)

Available on the EPS model, our Electric Power Steering (EPS) is both speed—and torque-sensitive and excels at reducing steering effort and kickback through the handlebar. This is a big help when riding in rugged terrain like ruts, rocks, and other challenging environments.

Electric reverse

Available exclusively on the EPS model, this user-friendly single lever is exceptionally handy for seamless forward-to-reverse transitions—perfect for tasks like snow plowing that demand repetitive shifts.

Semi-dry-sump engine design

The overhead-valve, semi-dry-sump design creates a compact and lightweight engine that improves handling by lowering the center of gravity and increasing ground clearance.

Fuel injection

The ATV's oxygen sensor and Electronic Control Unit (ECU) instantly adjust the fuel injection mapping to match the riding conditions, delivering better fuel efficiency and lower emissions. This means more time on the trail and more money saved.

Liquid cooling

Our time-tested Honda engine is liquid-cooled to provide more consistent operating temperatures and more power than a comparable air-cooled engine. This adds up to better performance and longer engine life.

Electronic differential lock

When driving in 4WD mode and you require power delivery to both front wheels, simply flip the switch on the electronic differential lock to optimize available traction. The vehicle display will indicate when the differential lock is fully engaged.

Wide front driveshaft guards

The driveshaft guards, designed to add even more coverage to the front axles and outboard CV joints, are another example of how Honda engineers sweat the small details to give you one of the best ATVs on the planet.
