The horizontally opposed six-cylinder engine is famously smooth and powerful. The latest version is an 1833cc design that’s over 13 pounds lighter than previous generations (more than eight pounds less for our DCT trims).

Double-wishbone front suspension
The radical double-wishbone front suspension delivers stellar handling and gives the bike a sleek, sporty appearance. The innovative design changes the wheel's path, letting us move both the engine and rider/passenger closer to the front wheel.

Hill Start Assist
All models offer Hill Start Assist (HSA). This feature momentarily holds your motorcycle’s position on inclines after you’ve released the brakes and before you apply the throttle, eliminating any roll-back.

Reverse
The DCT models offer an exclusive low-speed reverse that uses engine power, while the manual transmission bikes offer a unique electric reverse. Both systems make maneuvering your bike out of a parking space easier, especially if you need to roll back up an incline.

Electric windscreen
The windscreen is electrically controlled and provides excellent protection from the elements. It moves up and down over a 4.9-inch range and changes its angle as it raises and lowers. Plus, it automatically remembers the last setting.

Great news for Android users—With the July 2020 software update, Gold Wings from 2018 onwards are now Android AutoTM compatible, including all our new 2025 models. That means you can connect your Android phone to your Gold Wing to access Google Assistant, and to use navigation tools like Google Maps, Waze and more. Plus, you’ll have access to weather, playlists, music-streaming services and your contacts. Wireless connectivity is new for 2025. Available Bluetooth®-compatible headsets let you communicate easily too.* And with more and more apps available all the time, Android Auto and Honda software updates keep your bike’s technology right on the cutting edge.

The Gold Wing’s introduction of Apple CarPlayTM*1 was a first for the motorcycle industry!
