Exclusive works edition

The CRF450RWE Works Edition includes all CRF450R features and more. It has a hand-ported cylinder head, Hinson clutch basket, Twin Air filter, Throttle Jockey graphics, upgraded DID DirtStar LT-X rims, an exclusive Yoshimura exhaust system, Kashima and titanium oxide-coated lower fork legs, revalved suspension, an RK gold chain, special ECU settings, and black triple clamps.

Fresh styling

The 2025 bikes get new “stacked” CRF graphics that take their styling cues right from our HRC works bikes. Plus, our “in mold” graphics are more durable, keeping them looking good, especially after repeated track sessions and cleaning.

HRC Throttle Jockey graphics

The CRF450RWE gets an exclusive Throttle Jockey graphics package inspired by our HRC works bikes, while the durable "in mold" graphics ensure long-lasting visual appeal even after intense track sessions and repeated cleaning.

New frame

A superior frame is crucial for great handling. The chassis weighs 1.5 lbs less than the previous generation's due to the narrow main spars. Almost 70 percent of the frame components are new this year, resulting in excellent turning performance and better compatibility with the new suspension.

New tripleclamps, axle, and steering stem

New 2025 triple clamps work with the updated frame, fork, axle, and steering stem for consistent suspension and improved rigidity, responsiveness, and turning.

Showa spring fork

The 49mm Showa fork features a design that helps increase the front suspension's precision and feel, while the new springs, new seals, and new valving for 2025 improve the consistency of the stroke feel throughout the entire range of travel.

Yoshimura exhaust

The CRF450RWE’s exhaust is another premium item. It uses a stainless header with a titanium mid-pipe and muffler made especially for us by Yoshimura. Super light and super trick, the exhaust tucks away for better ergonomics, too.

Central-port cylinder head

The 2025 model features an oval-shaped centralized exhaust port, which, along with the single-muffler exhaust, boosts power from 5000 rpm up and increases exhaust efficiency.
