NEW HAMPSHIRE (210.56 MILES)
THE LACONIA FIGURE EIGHT
This figure-eight loop starts in Laconia, NH, and heads along Lake Winnipesaukee before venturing into the beautiful White Mountain National Forest. Amazing roads and stunning views await, especially in the fall. The loop then heads down the valley between Mt. Lafayette and Mt. Moosilauke before backtracking to Tamworth, into Hameway State Forest and then southwest along Squam Lake on your way back to Laconia.

OHIO (202.47 MILES)
WAYNE NATIONAL FOREST LOOP
Nestled in the heart of Ohio’s most lush and forested region, this scenic loop begins in Lancaster, just southeast of Columbus. It weaves in and around the beautiful Wayne National Forest, and then runs along the Ohio River toward Reedsville on the southernmost section of the route. The loop then works its way northwest through towns like New Plymouth, Gibisonville, Rockbridge and Sugar Grove before heading back into Lancaster.

WASHINGTON (143.92 MILES)
FROM KAPOWSIN TO YAKIMA
Beginning just south of Tacoma – and east of Olympia – this route heads along the National Park Highway into beautiful Mount Rainier National Park. It winds through amazing twists and turns just south of Mt. Rainier, before continuing east along Highway 12 toward Rimrock Lake, where the road hugs the northern coast before following the Tieton River, and moving on southeastward into Yakima.

NORTH CAROLINA (244.81 MILES)
FROM ASHEVILLE TO GATLINBURG LOOP
A truly epic ride, this loop begins in Asheville, NC, and heads south along the famous Blue Ridge Parkway, right into Nantahala National Forest. It then picks up Highway 441, following the Oconaluftee River before crossing into Tennessee through Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and on toward Gatlinburg. After bearing east on the 321, it picks up the 32, winds along to Highway 40, follows Pigeon River and Waterville Lake, before meandering back into Asheville.

ARKANSAS (186.91 MILES)
OZARK NATIONAL FOREST LOOP
If Arkansas isn’t on your motorcycle-riding radar, you’re missing out. This loop starts in the small town of Clarksville (population 9,000), and shoots northward into the Ozark National Forest. Stunning scenery is in store as you make your way through towns like Sand Gap and Mt. Judea, along the Arkansas Grand Canyon, and into Mt. Sherman. The route then works its way south through Pettigrew and Arbaugh, before delivering you back into Clarksville.

TEXAS (207.20 MILES)
AUSTIN BBQ & THE HILL COUNTRY LOOP
Beginning in downtown Austin, this loop heads northwest along a fantastic road hugging the Lake Travis shoreline. It then continues into the Balcones Canyonlands National Wildlife Park, before passing Buchanan Lake on the way to Llano, where you can grab lunch at Cooper’s Old Time Pit Bar-B-Que. Not hungry yet? Then turn southeast along 71 and make a detour onto Cypress Mill Road into Spicewood, where there’s another great lunch spot: Opie’s BBQ. From here you’ll head back into Austin, through Barton Creek and into the trendy South Congress neighborhood.

CALIFORNIA (221.48 MILES)
THE EUREKA LOOP, DAY 1
This route has some of the best scenery and roads that Northern California has to offer. Starting out in the funky town of Eureka, it plunges east into the Shasta-Trinity National Forest along some amazing pieces of tarmac before heading north along Trinity Lake. Mile after mile of breathtaking views are in store as you make your way south toward Mount Shasta. Here, you’ll find plenty of places to lodge for the night, and plenty of character in this little town with a history going all the way back to the early 1820s.

CALIFORNIA (239.28 MILES)
THE EUREKA LOOP (FROM MT. SHASTA), DAY 2
Starting in the beautiful town of Mount Shasta, and at the base of the mountain bearing the same name, this route heads north into the Klamath National Forest. You’ll encounter stunning vistas and spectacular curves as you work your way across the Pacific Coast Range. The route then cuts south into the Six Rivers National Forest, before finishing on the amazing Trinity Highway back into Eureka.
