Parts Information

  • Can I purchase Genuine Honda Parts or Accessories directly from American Honda?

    No, Genuine Honda Parts or Accessories can only be purchased through an authorized Honda dealer.

  • How long is the warranty on new replacement parts that I purchase through my Honda dealer?

    Batteries = 1 year. Replacement parts = 6 months. Please keep your receipt for proof of purchase.

  • How long is the warranty on new Honda Genuine Accessories that I purchase through my Honda dealer?

    Bolt-on Accessories - for GL, NRX, PC or ST models (other than audio equipment) = 3 years. 
    Bolt-on Accessories - all other models = 1 year. Please keep your receipt for proof of purchase.

  • What does the replacement parts warranty cover?

    American Honda will repair or replace, at its option, any Honda Genuine part that is defective in material or factory workmanship under normal use. If the part is installed by an authorized Honda dealer, parts and labor are covered. If the part is not installed by an authorized Honda dealer, parts are covered only. Any labor charges involved in the removal and replacement of these parts will be the responsibility of the consumer. Excludes competition models.
  • Can I interchange parts on my Honda with another Honda model or year?

    We only recommend using parts that were originally designed for your product model and year.

  • How can I get a replacement key?

    You can order replacement keys through your local Honda dealer. The dealer will need your key code to cut the key. If you do not have the key code we first recommend contacting your original selling dealer since they may have recorded this information at the time of sale. American Honda is unable to provide a key code that corresponds with your VIN. If you are still unable to find your key code please contact you local Honda dealer for further assistance in obtaining a duplicate key.

  • I purchased an Genuine Honda Accessory but I didn't receive the installation instructions.

    Please contact the Parts Department of the dealer you purchased the accessory from. They should be able to print a copy of the installation instructions for you.

  • I have a parts related concern with my Honda dealer. What should I do?

    We recommend discussing your concerns directly with the Parts Manager of the dealer. They are in the best position to assist you. If you are still not satisfied please contact our Motorcycle Customer Support department at 866-784-1870.

  • Are there any parts catalogs available online?

    At this time part number information is not available online. Select parts catalogs are available in hard copy form through Helm. They can be contacted at helminc.com/helm/welcome_retail_ahc.asp or 888-292-5393. Or you can contact the Parts Department of your local authorized Honda dealer.

  • Are there any Owner's Manuals available online?

    A limited number of Owner's Manuals for newer Honda products are available online at powersports.honda.com/ownerlink.aspx.  For other models not available online please visit HELM Inc. at helminc.com/helm/welcome_retail_ahc.asp or 888-292-5393  for purchasing information.

  • How can I purchase an Owner's Manual or Service Manual for my Honda product?
