Honda hosted a Daytona Supercross Kick-Off party on the Friday evening prior to Round 10 of the 2013 Supercross series, and hundreds of enthusiastic Honda fans flocked to the event for an up-close-and-personal time with many of their favorite racing stars, past and present. During this event, held at the big Honda display right in front of Daytona Speedway, fans enjoyed the opportunity to meet and greet these racing greats and obtain posters and autographs to take home to show off to their friends.
The 2013 Supercross season marked the 22nd anniversary of The Daytona Supercross by Honda, and this high-profile race served as the perfect venue to also celebrate American Honda’s 40 years of motocross racing in the USA. Team Honda Muscle Milk riders, along with the other Honda racing stars, came out to Honda’s main display area to meet with fans, and the hundreds of thrilled Honda followers also enjoyed music and snacks as they took advantage of this special opportunity to meet their favorite riders. An impressive list of riders making their appearance included Trey Canard, Justin Barcia, Chad Reed, Kevin Windham, Eli Tomac, Wil Hahn and Zach Bell. Also in attendance were Honda racing legends Gary Jones, Jeff Stanton and Supercross King Jeremy McGrath.
As the evening’s festivities drew to a close and groups of fans wandered off into the soft Florida evening, they could be seen sharing grins and stories as they inspected their autographed goods that will help them remember this event for years to come.
